How to Place an Order on Our Website?

To place an order, select the products you like, provide necessary details such as the number of guests and flavor preferences. Add them to your cart and follow the instructions to complete your order. Please note that modifications can only be made to the color of the bakery products in the catalog. Kindly fill in all required fields so that we can process your order quickly and accurately. You can also contact our customer service if you have any questions or need assistance placing your order. For custom products, please visit the "CUSTOM ORDER" section.

How Long Does it Take to Place an Order and How Long Does Processing Take?

Generally, order processing takes up to 24 hours. Please consider this when planning your event. Bakery products available on the website can be ordered up to 5 days in advance, depending on our capacity. If you need a cake more quickly, please check the "Last Minute Cake" section or contact us via WhatsApp or email. Custom cakes should be ordered 1 to 2 weeks before the event. However, feel free to contact us to check availability.

How Do I Pay for My Order?

Purchases from the catalog must be fully paid 100% via the website. For special orders, please fill out the form in the corresponding "Custom Orders" section and send us a request. We will contact you within 5 to 10 hours. For individual orders, a prepayment is required, the amount of which will be discussed individually. You can pay this amount by bank transfer, and the remainder can be paid in cash, by card, or via Twint on the day of the order. After the prepayment, please confirm via WhatsApp or email by providing your name, phone number, and order description.

Did Not Receive A Confirmation?

You should receive a confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not receive a response after this period, please contact us again via WhatsApp or email. After receiving confirmation of your order, please always confirm your order again six days before the event. This will help you avoid losing your order.

Want to Modify or Cancel Your Order?

To do so, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, providing details of your order. Please note that additional charges may apply for any modifications. For more information on the conditions for modifying or canceling orders, please refer to the "Terms and Conditions", article 8.

What is the Portion Size Per Person?

The portion size per person ranges from 80 to 100 g, depending on the cake filling. Cakes from the catalog on our website are of standard size and are designed for a maximum of 25 people on a single tier. If you have more guests or want a multi-tiered cake, please refer to the "Custom Order" section.

How Long Can a Cake and Desserts Be Stored?

Upon receiving the cake, you have 30 to 60 minutes in hot weather to refrigerate it. Transportation must be done with air conditioning. During colder seasons, from 2 to 3 hours. Always specify the day you plan to serve the cake when ordering. We guarantee a shelf life of 24 hours for cakes with fresh berries and 48 hours for others after pickup at the store, provided you have specified the exact consumption day. The recommended storage temperature in the refrigerator is 5 to 6 degrees Celsius. In cold weather, we recommend taking the cake out of the refrigerator 1 to 1.5 hours before serving. In hot weather, above 20-22 degrees Celsius, remove it 30 minutes before. For information on storage conditions and shelf life of our additional desserts, please contact us.

You can pick up your order in-store in Nyon or arrange delivery.

How to order and pay for delivery?

We are pleased to offer our cake delivery service to ensure that your cakes arrive in perfect condition, even in hot weather. Our cakes are delivered in a refrigerated vehicle to maintain their quality and freshness.

We deliver within the canton of Geneva and partially in the canton of Vaud.

Payment Options for Delivery

We offer several payment options for your convenience:

Bank Transfer: You can pay for the delivery via bank transfer.

TWINT System: A quick and convenient payment method via the mobile app using a QR code.

Cash: Payment in cash on the day of delivery.

Delivery Hours

Delivery is made from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The exact delivery time is not fixed, but we always strive to deliver your order at a time that suits you.

The delivery address must be provided accurately. Parks and entertainment centers are not serviced unless the exact address is provided. If you request delivery on a public holiday in the city, road closures, or similar situations, we cannot guarantee delivery to the specified address. We ask you to please check publicly available information for the provided address. Please note that delivery is billed separately and may not be possible for various reasons.
