Please note that cakes may contain non-edible elements such as plastic tubes, large cakes can be divided with special cardboard separators, and edible figurines may contain toothpicks. Additional decorations such as fresh flowers, handmade flowers, stars, candies, etc., may be attached to wooden skewers or floral wire.
Portion sizes per person range from 80 to 100 grams, depending on the cake filling. Cakes from the catalog on our website come in a standard size and are designed for a maximum of 25 people. Upon receiving the cake, you have 30 to 60 minutes in hot weather to refrigerate it. Transport is mandatory with air conditioning. During colder seasons, you have 2 to 3 hours to refrigerate it. Please always specify the day you plan to serve the cake when placing your order. We guarantee a shelf life of 24 hours for cakes with fresh berries and 48 hours for other toppings after in-store pickup, provided you have specified the exact consumption day. The recommended storage temperature in the refrigerator is 5 to 6 degrees Celsius. In cold weather, we recommend removing the cake from the refrigerator 1 to 1.5 hours before serving. In hot weather, above 20°C, remove it 30 minutes before. For information on the conditions and shelf life of our additional desserts, please consult us.
Attention! Never lift the box by the handle. All cake or dessert boxes must be supported from their base. Cakes are delicate and should be transported with care, especially in hot weather. Cakes are securely placed in the box for optimal transport in the car trunk, without other items. If this is not possible, we recommend placing them on the front seat floor. It is not recommended to place them on seats or to secure them with seat belts. We do not assume any responsibility for mishandling.
